However, buyers should note that support is said not to be available 24/7, which may be a drawback for round-the-clock operations, and that the system can involve a steep learning curve, with setup and configuration described as time-consuming despite the training Orderwise provides.

About the vendor

Wise Software (UK) Limited launched Orderwise in 1991 as a stock control tool for a small group of businesses, and the product has grown since into a full business management platform covering warehousing, sales order processing, purchasing, CRM, and accounts.

Forterro, a European industrial software group, acquired Orderwise in 2022, expanding its resources while keeping day-to-day operations, support, and development based near Lincoln, England.
